He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob, Marge Miller, Herb and Eleanor Hoffman; his godfather Jerry Salfer; and his uncles, Herb Hoffman, Pat Miller and Greg Miller.

He is survived by: his parents, Sean Miller and Debbie Miller (Hoffman); his siblings, Ryan Hoffman and Meghan Miller (Thomas Jochum); and his niece Delaney. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
