He is survived by: his children, Doug Halvorson (Debbie) of North Mankato, MN, Jody Stepp (Lionel) of Torquay, Saskatchewan, Kathy Berndt (Dale) of Courtland, MN and Dean Halvorson (Debora) of Overgaard, AZ; his grandchildren, Travis Hofmann, Nicole Rose (Mike), Ryan Berndt, Nicholas Halvorson and Bridget Halvorson; his great grandchildren, Ethan Hofmann, Jana Hofmann, Mason Rose, Cameron Rose and Greyson Berndt; and his sister Marilyn Plugge of Columbus, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
