He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bull and Gertrude Bull; his son Joseph Bull; his nephews, Daryle Bogenrief, Derk Slottow and Erik Andersen; his parents-in-law, John and Shirley; and his siblings-in-law, Joe, Therese Lord and Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth; his sons, Jesse (Lee) and Max (Kea); his grandchildren, Patrick, Lauren and Gunnar; his siblings, Gerald Bull (Claire) and Nancy Bogenrief (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Andersen (Gregg), Steve, John (Sarah), Pete (Liz), Ann Slottow, Jane Carlstrom (Lee), Amy (Kevin), Gretchen and Katerina Haley (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mankato Golf Club (100 Augusta Dr, Mankato, MN 56001).
In lieu of flowers, the Bull family requests that memorials be dedicated in Jim Bull's honor to the Mankato Family YMCA, a charitable organization dear to Jim's heart.
