He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilmer Erdahl and Sarah Erdahl (Larson); and his siblings, H. Elvin Erdahl and Julaine Christensen (Erdahl). He is survived by: his wife Sally Erdahl (Johnson); his children, Kayt Erdahl (John Simpers) and Dan Erdahl (Olivia Welch-Erdahl); and his grandsons, Joseph, Matthew and Caleb.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Union Presbyterian Church (311 W Locust St, St Peter, MN 56082). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
