He is survived by: his father Tom Mayberry; his significant other Nicole Oachs; his daughters, Aveya and Livia Mayberry; his mother Kathy Lillevold; his stepfather Grant Lillevold; his sisters, Michelle Mohlenbrock (Brad), Erin Bailey (Casey) and Laura Zender (Jay); and his nieces and nephews, Dillon, Beau, Hannah, Summer, Sailor, Mauricio, Cristian, Carter, Davis, Eleanor, Edison, Carson, Cameron, Ariana and Caleb.
In his memory, and in support of the girls in the years ahead, memorial contributions may be made to a fund established at Pioneer Bank.
