Otto (Viola); her brother-in-law Raymond Roesch; and her in-laws, Nicholas, Veronica Thul (Good), Vera Grimes (Ken), Dean Thul (Mary), Marcy Doyle (Ernie), Kay Resner (Floyd), Nick Thul (Shirley) and Margaret Kimball.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Marie Manthei (Dale) of Rochester, Julie Ann Kaufman (Michael) of Lakeville, Mary Kay Steele of Lakeville, Michael Thul (Karen) of Portland, Roselyn Pavel (Robert) of St. Cloud, Gerald Thul (Sue) of Mankato, Elizabeth Hulburt (Jason) of Roswell, Georgia and Barbara Tonn (Roger) of Willow Creek; her grandchildren, Alison Manthei (Michael Benike), Ryan Kaufman (Lisa), Melanie Bryant (Andrew), Eric Steele, Evan Steele (Abby), Austin Thul, Haley Spiegelberg (Joey), Jacob Pavel (Denielle Bode), Anne Voight (Mitch), Kate Thul, Nicholas Thul (Isabella), Alyssa Linden (Michael), Ashley Handley (Will), Kevin Tonn (Samantha) and Jared Tonn (Angela); her great grandchildren, Owen, Willa Kaufman, Ava Bryant, Kennedy, Wyatt Steele, Louise Spiegelberg, Madalyn, Emily Voight, Norah Blanck, Nolan Thul, Lydian, Dashiel Linden, Gwenyth, Eleanor Handley, Luna Tonn, Amelia and Henry Tonn; her sister Pat Roesch; and her brother-in-law Allyn Kimball. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Teresa Catholic Church (102 Central Ave N, Mapleton, MN 56065). A Mass was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St Matthew's Cemetery or the SCHOLA Foundation (Vincent & Marlene Thul Scholarship Fund).
