He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Gerald, Faye Michaletz and Chester Angulski; and his uncles, Cass Michaletz and Stephen Onody.

He is survived by : his parents, Scott Michaletz and Gail Michaletz (Angulski) of North Mankato; his siblings, Jon (Terri Michaletz) of North Mankato and Laura (Derek Tess) of De Pere, Wisconsin; his nieces and nephews, Adisyn, Whitney, Natalie Michaletz, Kennedy and James Tess; his half-sisters, Sarah Michaletz (Byron Franklin) of Renton and Molly Inglemon (family: Allegra, Michael, Cahlea) of Orlando; and his grandmother Lois Angulski of Avon, Minnesota. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Mayo Clinic Health System or to an organization of the donor's choice.
