He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Oachs and Verona Oachs (Funke); his brothers, Dennis and Steve Oachs; his aunt Jeanie Funke; and his uncles, Ruben, Wilber and Bernie Funke.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Jones (Mark) of Dawson, IA, Timothy Oachs (Julia) of St. Paul, MN and Krystle Brewer (Brandon) of Des Moines, IA.; his grandchildren, Asia Brewer, Desiree Brewer, Domenic Oachs, Ryleigh Oachs and Hazel Oachs; and his brother Allan Oachs (Chris) of Mankato, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hosanna Lutheran Church (105 Hosanna Dr, Mankato, MN 56001). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
