He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Weir and Chloris Weir (Sayre); his brothers, Eugene, Robert, Roger, Dennis and Jack; his father-in-law Jack Thompson; his nephews, Benjamin Bushlack and Timothy Weir; and his niece Kari Kopischke.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Thompson; his sons, Mitchell, Patrick, Matthew (Angie) and Travis (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Avery, Taylor, Jack, Henry, Charlie, Delaney, Ben and Zoe; his siblings, Thomas Weir (Jan), Mary Beth Bushlack (Gary), Carmen Meyer (Dave) and Jeanine Sargent (James); and his cousin Donna Kopischke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
