He was predeceased by : his father Harold Strand; and his sister Lori Strand. He is survived by : his mother Vivian Strand (Jones); his close friend Ruth Sanders; his children, Kimberly Ernst, Nathan Strand and Tonia Johnson (Hathaway); and his siblings, Karleen Ulman (Joe) and Gail Caven (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
