He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Bertha; and his siblings, Jerry, Sylvia, Theresa, Ellen and Sharon.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Josh (Nicole), Jacob, Kim and Pat (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Jace, Micah, Tierny, Makenna, Malachi and Miles; and his siblings, Stan, Delores, Alice and Diann. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
