Mary Bernadette Van Offeren Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Bernadette Van Offeren of Maple Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on July 13, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Paumen and Muriel Paumen (Pribyl); her husband George Van Offeren; her siblings, Lenore Paumen, Russell Paumen (Martha), Robert Paumen (LaVonne), Douglas Paumen (Wanda) and Tom Paumen; and her siblings-in-law, Norbert Schaufler, Bertha Van Offeren, Mary Van Offeren, Marge Jacobson (Frank), Jessie Miller (Hugh) and Don Pribyl.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marcella Schaufler of Maple Lake, Jerry (Joyce) of Buffalo, Maurice (Karen) of Waite Park, Rick (Judy) of Maple Lake, John (Nancy) of Eden Prairie, Jean Neutz (Gary) of Annandale, David (Marlene) of Hoover, AL and Greg (Diana) of South Haven; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Paumen and Joan Pribyl. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Timothy Catholic Church (8 Oak Ave N, Maple Lake, MN 55358). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the library fund at St. Timothy School in Maple Lake.
