He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Polsfuss and Laura Polsfuss (Hamilton); his siblings, Raymond "Ray", Clifford "Cliff" Polsfuss, Roger Rowland, Lorraine Kaz, Phyllis Stebbins and Darleen Simmonsmeier; and his great grandchild Aibilene Ruwe.
He is survived by: his wife Jenny of Maple Lake; his children, Sharon Mantz (Scott) of Omaha, NE and Steven Polsfuss (Laura) of Medina, OH; his grandchildren, Evyn Polsfuss, Carson Shanks, Lillian Brock, Jacy Ruwe (Andy) and Justin Mantz (Katie); his great grandchildren, Andyn, Aynzli, August, Jeptha, Judson, Josiah Ruwe and Boedy Mantz; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Polsfuss (Linda) and Julie Waschek (Leo). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
