He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cooper and Orvella Cooper (Besser); his daughter Laura Denn; and his siblings, Dale, Larry Cooper and Carol Hornstein (Harold).
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jacobsen of Good Thunder; his daughter Kim Schoneck of Good Thunder; his grandchildren, Nathan Denn (Elizabeth) of Fairmont, Travis Denn of Mapleton, Justin Schoneck of Fairmont, Jordan Schoneck of Mankato and Britney Schoneck (Lance Flippin) of Lake Crystal; his great grandchildren, Lylah Flippin, Kinsley Flippin, Paisley Flippin, Annabelle Denn and Dorothy Denn; and his son-in-law Gary Denn of Mapleton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
