With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patti Marie Schultz of Mapleton, Minnesota, who passed away on November 24, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Walters and Marjorie Walters (Wiebold); her parents-in-law, James and Darlene Schultz; her niece Jennifer Sickler; and her close friend Teresa Walters.
She is survived by: her husband Karl Schultz; her children, Jason Schultz (Jen), Karrie Owen (Bob) and Travis Schultz (Chandra); her grandchildren, Molly Sorenson-Schultz, Brianna Lacina (Isaiah), Cameron Schultz (Chelsey), Gavin Owen, Olivia Owen, Evelyn Schultz, Ramsie Schultz and Cooper Schultz; her great grandchildren, Luca Lacina and Lincoln Lacina; her siblings, Gary Walters (Lois), Bob Walters (Brenda) and Karen Sickler; her aunt Caryl O'Brien; her siblings-in-law, LeeAnn Goodrich (Duane), Jim Schultz (Shirley), Brian Schultz (Wendy) and Jeff Schultz; and her close friend Linda Hanson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to United Hospital District Hospice.
