He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra; and his son Adam. He is survived by: his children, Alan (Lucero), Joel (Toni) and Suzanne Guy (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Leo and Liam. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
