Elaine Marie Carlson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2025, Elaine Marie Carlson of Maplewood, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Elaine shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elaine farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Carlson and Leonard Carlson; and her siblings, June Schifsky (Marvin) and Joe Munson (Claudette). She is survived by: her brother Jim Munson (Sheila); and her brother-in-law Marvin Schifsky (June). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Jude of the Lake Catholic Church (700 Mahtomedi Ave, Mahtomedi, MN 55115). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jude of the Lake Catholic Church (700 Mahtomedi Ave, Mahtomedi, MN 55115).
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Maplewood Rehabilitation Center Therapeutic Recreation Department.
