He was predeceased by : his siblings, Donald, Robert, Merlyn, Richard, Calvin Cadwell, Edna Pangburn, Alice Mork and Dorothy Cadwell; and his son-in-law Harvey Chesler.

He is survived by : his wife Muriel Cadwell; his daughters, Janna Cobb (Craig) of Huron, SD, Maureen Stemme (Bruce) of St. Paul, Leanne Chesler of San Diego, CA and Denise Buesing (Aaron) of St. Paul; and his grandchildren, Mandi Hicks (Brian), Ehren Stemme, Ryan Stemme (Angie), Heather Stemme (Tait Johnson), Austin Stemme (Rachel Beckwith), Nicholas Cobb (Jennie), Emily Langten (Jesse), Karen Kennedy (Jeff), Mark Chesler, Matt Chesler (Trang) and Seth Buesing. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
