It is with sadness that the passing of David Joseph Bergstrom of Marshall, Minnesota is shared. David, born on July 18, 1963, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
David will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bergstrom and Magdalen Bergstrom (Schueller). He is survived by: his wife Barb Bergstrom of Marshall; his children, Andrea Gossett (Joshua) of St. Paul, Justin Thompson (Rachel) of Glyndon, Nicole Bergstrom of Lucan, Joseph Bergstrom of Mankato and Bridget Bergstrom of Marshall; and his siblings, Gwenn Lofgren (Roger) of La Vista, NE, Audrey Volkenant (Paul) of Odessa and Mark Bergstrom (Marcella) of Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers- and sisters-in-law, relatives, and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church (503 W Lyon St, Marshall, MN 56258). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Oasis Bar (600 Euclid St, Milroy, MN 56263). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
