He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyle Owen and Orvilla Owen (Norris); his siblings-in-law, Shirley Owen, Darlene Owen and Charles Balzer; his son Kyle Owen; and his brothers, Dean Owen and David Owen.
He is survived by : his wife Carol Owen; his children, Kristen Eickman (Scott) of Brooklyn Park, Karen Owen of Marshall, Kim Boettcher (Jim) of Merton, WI and Kevin Owen (Erin) of Tyler; his grandchildren, Andrew Eickman (Alli), Matthew Eickman (Monica), Philip Eickman (Karina), Stephen Eickman, Katherine Eickman, Elizabeth Eickman, Tony Isaackson, Tyler Isaackson (Ashley), Alyssa Isaackson (Sam), Aaron Owen (Mariah), Zachary Boettcher (Lisa), Brianna Crider (Kyle), Mandy Anderson-Owen, Thor Owen, Ellee Owen, Ashley Owen and Riley Owen; his great grandchildren, Malakai, Athalia, Jezebel, William, Rosalia, Adalynn, Anthony, Madden, Elijah, Noah, Pearl, Brynnley and Jiraiya; and his siblings, Beverly Engel and Dale Owen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Prairie Home Hospice or Tunnel to Towers Foundation (t2t.org).
