He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Rasmussen and Mary Rasmussen (Helvig); and his daughter Teresa. He is survived by: his children, Tami Wepsala and Raymond Rasmussen; his grandchildren, Marissa Rasmussen, Dusty Labarre, Tia Oquist, Elvise Wepsala and Noel Wepsala; and his great grandchild Braydenray. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Horvath Remembrance Center (404 W Lyon St, Marshall, MN 56258). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
