He was predeceased by: his parents, Alois Vroman and Idalie Vroman (Vercoutere); his wife Helen Louwagie; and his siblings, Mary Battle (Allen), Josephine Tillemans (Larry), Rosemary Herman (Joe) and Donald Vroman.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda (Dave Alexander), Dean (Alice), Tom (Linda Okins) and Jill (Bob Jacobson); his grandchildren, Daniel (Natasha), Jordyn, Tony, Jackie, Jen (Michael), Andrew (Courtney), Jared, Charlie and Rylee; his great grandchildren, Shoshana, Sawyer, Oliver, Colette and Bennet; and his sister-in-law Irma Vroman. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church in Milroy or Prairie Home Hospice in Marshall.
