She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Jo Albertson (Rosen); and her grandparents, George Rosen, Norma (Willander), Ed Heipler, Archie and Gertrude Albertson (Blum).
She is survived by: her father Roger Albertson; her husband Joel Smithson of Standardsville, VA; her children, Jack Smithson (Miranda) of Las Cruces, NM and Felisa Bunner (Mike) of Carnation, WA; her grandchildren, Madison and Joel Smithson; her siblings, Genevieve Maronde (Jeremy) of Marshall, MN, Jeremiah Albertson of Ortonville, MN and Josef Halverson of Minneapolis, MN; her nieces and nephews, Steven Albertson, Russell Monsen, Mason Maronde, Nancy Maronde and Sofia Halverson; her great-niece Briella Monsen; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
