He was predeceased by : his parents, Gordon Kolstad and LaJune Kolstad (Mittelstaedt). He is survived by : his wife Holly Brink; his son Wayne Kolstad; his siblings, Keith Kolstad (Kathy), Duane Kolstad, Teri Chase, Les Kolstad (Jean), Sharie Kolstad, Kandis Storm and Kevin Kolstad (Laurie); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy McGuire (Dan), Gary Brink (Jean), Vicki Pittman, Doug Brink (Lori) and Lee DeRaad (Julie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
