He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bernhardt and Grace Bernhardt (Blohm); and his siblings, Lori Mosiman (Dale) and Robert. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Bernhardt (Terri), Joel Bernhardt and Nancy Gisch (Don); his nephew Don Gisch (Suzy); his aunts, Irene Blohm and June Olson; his cousins, Sharon Gunter and Bob Gunter (family: Georgia Baker); and his friend Jake.
