He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Stephen, Alice Kroll, Wes and Loretta McKay; his uncle Tim Kroll; and his aunt Debbie McKay.
He is survived by : his wife Wendy; his stepdaughters, Candy and Corrin; his stepgrandson Jordan; his parents, Dan McKay and Katie McKay of Meadowlands; his siblings, Chris Winkler (Kenny) of Eveleth and Chad McKay (Robin) of Becker; and his nieces and nephews, McCayla, Justin Winkler, Wesley, Haden and Austynn McKay.
