He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Olinger (Mark) of Sauk Rapids; his granddaughter Melissa Skaalerud (Jon) of Sauk Rapids; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Stellan Skaalerud; his daughter-in-law Renee Sonnenberg of Vergas; his brother-in-law Erwin Rud of Fosston; his nephew David Hudrlik of Texas; and his niece Catie Morley of Florida.
