He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Werner and Patricia Werner (Dulinski); his brother John; his sisters-in-law, Vera Werner and Linda Ehlenbach; and his father-in-law Frank Ehlenbach.
He is survived by: his wife Lorie; his children, Denien Sramek (David) and Landon Werner; his grandchildren, Savanna and Jameson Sramek; his siblings, Kathy Bird (Cliff), Richard Werner (Judy), Roger Werner and David Werner (Nancy); his sister-in-law Barbara Werner; and his mother-in-law Nancy Ehlenbach. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
