Gregory leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Gregory’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Gregory will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his brother Steve Tverberg. He is survived by: his parents, Virgil Tverberg (Kathy) and Shirley Tverberg (Newsome); and his siblings, Kevin Tverberg (Vicki) and Tammy Simonson (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Medford Funeral Home (310 E Central Ave, Medford, MN 55049-9587). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
