He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clark and Evelyn Clark (O'Leary); his siblings, Kay Hanson (Earl), Jean Leeper (Gary) and Judy Clark; and his father-in-law Elmer Blume.
He is survived by: his wife Lorri Blume; his son Dennis Clark (Jennifer); his granddaughter Ava Clark; his sisters, Sharon Thiemann and Ginny Busch (Brian); his mother-in-law Dorris Blume; and his brother-in-law Allen Blume. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
