He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Lawrence" Pohlmann and Irene Pohlmann (Koopmeiners); his daughter Tara Pohlmann; his siblings, David Pohlmann, Bernard Pohlmann and Mary Ann Vener; and his sister-in-law Karen Pohlmann.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rieland; his daughters, Kali Schmiesing (Tyler) of New Munich and Micki Orbeck (Joe) of New Munich; his grandchildren, Beckett Schmiesing, Paiten, Ellie Bushman and Hazel Orbeck; and his siblings, Fred Pohlmann, Danny Pohlmann (Ruth), Kathy Welle (Dave), Rita Geehan (James), Patty Ahrens, Eileen Schneider (Butch), Teresa LeClaire (Bill) and Carla Hinnenkamp (Dave Anderson). He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
