He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Mayers and Jeanette Mayers (Braun); and his brother James "Sticky" Mayers. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Mayers of Sauk Centre and Clifton Mayers of Sauk Centre; his grandsons, James Thomas Mayers and Michael Mayers; his siblings, Tom Mayers (Tracy) of Sauk Rapids, Luan Weber (Steve) of Cold Spring, Rick Mayers (Jenny) of Melrose, Brian Mayers (Kelly) of Sartell and Linda Keller (Harvey) of Melrose; and his close friend Lynn Duerr-Karash. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
