He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Murphy and Hildegarde Murphy; and his siblings, Neil Murphy and Kathy Feifarek. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Ostby (John), Mike Murphy (Kristin), Connie Van Kirk (Bill) and Daniel Murphy; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Feifarek, Greg Benesch, Mike Mandell and Mary Jo Mandell (Benesch). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren.
