She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Monroe and Ora Monroe; her husband Frank O'Connor; and her siblings, Boyd, Joyce, Ronnie, Lowell, Vernon, Judy and Bruce.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teri, Karen and Kathee; and her siblings, Norman, Sharon and Nancee. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, and great great nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Saint Paul's United Methodist Church (700 Wesley Ln, Mendota Heights, MN 55118). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any reputable Veterans Organizations.
