It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Carter of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, who passed away on November 20, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Virginia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Virginia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Hemmingson and Ervin Hemmingson; and her brother Donald. She is survived by: her children, Tere Walsh, Bruce Carter (Denise) and Brian Carter; and her grandchildren, Greg (Allison), Joe (Renee), Marina (Jake), Kelly (Shawn), Alex (Taylor) and Isabel (Sean). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
