With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Johnson of Merrifield, Minnesota, who passed away on May 28, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Geraldine farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Geraldine is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald McCarthy and Theresa McCarthy (Bluett); her husband Russell Johnson; and her daughter Theresa Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, William Johnson (Beth) of Northome, James Johnson (Sally) of Peterson, Glenn Johnson (Ramona) of Lakeville and Brian Johnson of Merrifield. She is also survived by six grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
