It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Steiner of Milaca, Minnesota, born in Monticello, Minnesota, who passed away on August 22, 2025, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Jacob may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bud, Irene Melkert and Roger Steiner. He is survived by: his parents, Geri Steiner and Roger Steiner; his sister Rachael; his grandmother Sharon Steiner; and his girlfriend Leah Burke. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
In honor of Jacob's memory and his dedication to service members past and present, donations may be made to veterans organizations in lieu of flowers.
