He is survived by: his parents, Gary Smith and Nell Smith; his wife Jackie Smith; his daughter Chelsea; his son-in-law Roy Knopp; his son Ethan Leuthner; his grandchildren, RJ Knopp, Kaylah Knopp, Jayden Knopp, Royce Knopp, Charlette Knopp and Catheryn Knopp; his brothers, Brent Smith (Chasity) and Terrell Smith (Amy); his parents-in-law, Richard and Shirley Perry; his brother-in-law John Perry (Sara); his nieces, Brooke Russell (Justin), Emma Jo Smith, Keyara Perry, Jayden Perry and Anya Perry; and his nephew Brock Perry.
