It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Monroe (Milaca, Minnesota), who passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Saari and Alice Saari (Harry); her husband Ervin Monroe; and her sister Beverly Brock. She is survived by: her children, John Monroe (Lori), Brian Monroe (Debra), Sandra Miles (Duane), Colleen Barksdale (David), Patricia Then and Tom Monroe (Lois); her grandchildren, Sonny Miles (Tricha), Corey Miles (Mandy), Nathan Monroe (Jackie), Nicholas Monroe (Christy), Angela Deutsch (Josh), Rachel Wuellner, Luke Then (Shannon), Andrea Anson (Marshal), Sara Totzke (Andy), Dylan Monroe (Kelly) and Brianna Mumm (Grant); and her brother William Saari. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
