He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hoskins and Shirley Hoskins (Mott); and his siblings, Tim and Debbie Siemers. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Schmolke; his children, Jason (Stacie), Jake (Ann Hazlett), Jennifer George (Chris) and Joanie Aleckson (Ed Nagle); his grandchildren, Dylan Klumper (Myranda Houle), Jake Hoskins Jr. (Samantha), Austin Aleckson (Serenity), Mitchell George (Ashley), Andrew Aleckson, Thomas Hoskins (Jade), Isabelle George, Eric Hoskins, Adam Aleckson and Amy Hoskins; his great grandchildren, Gunner and Ember Aleckson; and his siblings, Greg (Gail), Brian (Kaylene), Steve, Scott, Bruce (Michele), Dennis (Kelli), John (Kim), Sally Olson (Norman) and Penny Jernberg (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (245 Central Ave S, Milaca, MN 56353). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
