He is survived by: his wife Marge Oberg of Milroy; his children, Marilyn Donner (Jim Havens) and Mark Oberg (Jennifer Olson); his grandchildren, Freya Oberg, Emily Borchardt (Kelvin), Christy Fliss, Kelly Walling (Luke) and Eric Donner (Shi Almont); his great grandchildren, Archer Borchardt, Gunner, Cali, JJ Fliss, Brystal, Brennyn, Lincoln and Lila Walling; his siblings, Diane Krentz (Vern) and David Oberg (Jean); and his siblings-in-law, Duane Petersen and Cathy Petersen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (301 Oak St, Milroy, MN 56263). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Cemetery (12535 260th St, Milroy, MN 56263).
