With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley I. Myren of Miltona, Minnesota, who passed away on August 18, 2025 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thorsten Peterson and Ruth Peterson (Larson); her husband Wilhelm "Willie" Myren; her sons-in-law, Warren Dreger and Jerry Hoaglund; and her great grandchild Caleb Kunstleben.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley, Mary Dreger of Sauk Centre, Sharon Hoaglund of Alexandria, Donald Myren (Ann Domagala) of Brainerd, Marilyn Aigner (Kevin) of Surprise, AZ, Ron Myren (Char) of Alexandria and Susan Hansen (Doug) of Dalton; her siblings, Marian Inwards of Parkers Prairie, Ann Oberg of Alexandria and Dan Peterson (Susan) of Janesville, Wisconsin; and her grandsons, Jim Dreger, Kyle Dreger, Mike Hoaglund, Mark Hoaglund, Daren Myren, Aaron Myren, Paul Myren and Travis Hansen. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
