He is survived by: his children, Alexander Chamberlain of Robbinsdale, MN and Kathryn Chamberlain of St. Louis Park, MN; his girlfriend Jackie Caprella; his stepchildren, Amanda Kronebusch (Shawn) of Elizabeth, CO, Alexandra Rostad of Charleston, SC and Mason Rostad of Atwater, MN; his sisters, Lori Vadnais (Leo) of Murdock, MN, Sara Wilking (Gregg) of Montevideo, MN and Dr. Carol Chamberlain-Smith (Donnie) of Arlington, TX; and his siblings' children, Marie (Brandon), Navara, Chris Vadnais (McCall), Christine (Jason), Fisher, Dr. Daniel Schultz, Melissa (TJ) and Upchurch. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be given to Ducks Unlimited to conserve and protect threatened waterfowl habitat.
