He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Lenzmeier and Margie Lenzmeier. He is survived by: his husband Dan O'Brien; his siblings, Tom, John Lenzmeier, Mary Lenzmeier and Maggie Martinez; and his cousin Tony Cleveland.
