It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Melendez (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on August 31, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma. He is survived by: his son Brian Melendez (Kristin); his grandchildren, Eric (Emily), James and Elise; his daughter Lynn Morales; his grandchildren, Payton and Olivia; his great grandchild Jenesis Morales; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Jeffries, Howard Dierking (Carol), Sue Dierking, Barb Weinhold (Del) and Karl Dierking (Marie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
