He was predeceased by: his uncle John Deitering. He is survived by: his son Lindsey Brandenburg of St. Paul, MN; his parents, Jim Brandenburg and Judy Brandenburg of Ely; his sister Heidi Brandenburg (Nels Pierson) of Ely, MN; his niece Olivia Ross; and his nephew Liam Ross.
