She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Thompson and Ida Thompson; and her husband Ben Nesland. She is survived by: her close friends, Arlene, Silver and Gold; her daughters, MerriJo Moyer (LeRoy), Linda Loeks (Bradley) and Jane Johnson (Jeff); her grandchildren, Emily Erickson (Kaleb), Jarek Ceballos (Valerie), Jeremy Loeks (Erica) and Kaylee Sundet (Michael); her great grandchildren, Jackson Ceballos, Sophia Loeks, Eleanora Ceballos, Blakely Sundet, Bennett Loeks and Braxton Sundet; her sister Dee Lawver; her niece Vicki Maddox; and her nephews, Darcy Lawver and Red McMonagle (Linda).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the New Hope Church (4225 Gettysburg Ave N, New Hope, MN 55428). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens (5125 W Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55429).
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to: FCC Missions, RHOP, Camp Shamineau.
