She is survived by: her sons, Ron Sevak (Shelby) and Rich Sevak (Laurie); her siblings, Mike Silverman and Pam Silverman; her grandchildren, Danielle, Amy, Maxx and A. J.; her great grandchildren, Kira, Brayden, Kennedi, Carter, Zoey and Kaylee; her nieces and nephews, Jake, Sarah, Daniel, Jen, Cory (Sarah), James, Pat, Jordan, Austin, Peyton, Kinsley, Elaina, Weber (family: Becky, Jeff), Fred, Michelle, Jim, Talia, Sophie, Sam and Leor; and her pet Callie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
