She is survived by: her husband Chuck (Charles Duane); her daughter JaniRae Wern (Ed) of Maple Grove, MN; her grandsons, Brady (Courtney) of Greenwood, IN and Riley (Sophia) of St. Louis Park, MN; her great grandchildren, Rosco and Savannah; her brother Ray (Mary) of Apple Valley, MN; and her cousin Faye Helm (Dale). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
