He was predeceased by: his son Craig. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Renee (Phillip) of Princeton, Minn. and Brian (Tracie) of Ladysmith; his grandchildren, Joshua Barber, Elizabeth Denison (Steve), Kirsten Poppenhagen, Zachery Barber, Austin Barber, Tyler Barber, Karissa Poppenhagen, Elijah Barber, Gracie Barber, Isaiah Barber, Rejinna Barber and Josiah Barber; his great grandchildren, Eden, Enoch, Isaac, Judah Denison, Psalm Barber, Khyrie and Dior Barber; and his sisters, Irene Hill of Clinton, Gloria Skalbeck of St. Paul, Judy Lundquist (Gary) of Cumberland and Joyce Cicha (Dan) of Glen Flora. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Upon his second retirement, they relocated to Eau Claire and then the pandemic prompted them to move to Minnesota to be with their daughter and family.
